Partners in Renovation did an outstanding job building our sunroom! Bill, Jim and the people that work with them were professional, knowledgeable, detailed and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. When I called, Bill and Jim were available, or got back with me in a timely manner; they also were ‘hands on’ with my project. Because of their scheduling and relationships with the different trades my job ran smoothly and finished faster than I expected. I highly recommend Partners in Renovation!

Partners In Renovation did an excellent job. I highly recommend them and will use them again. They completely remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, refinished wood trim and painted most of the house. Bill Weber is a pro with very high standards. He and his team listened to our plans and worked to make them happen, on time and on budget. Their follow-up is extraordinary! We called back to Jim Dahn and Bill Weber they came back and after 2 years added a drawer and even added a new baseboard. No one comes close. They are the best. They are the most honest people you will find!

We embarked on a major full interior renovation of our home including all flooring, complete interior paint, fireplace rebuild, kitchen and master bath remodel, as well as all bathroom sinks and countertops replaced. The team at Partners was fantastic. Their focus on renovations was key in how they addressed structural changes that needed to be made as well as sequencing of trades throughout the process. They are also very strong technically as was evident in the advice they provided as well as working directly with trades in addressing what we were looking for in our renovation. Finally, and just as importantly, they communicate continually, providing a digital platform for client/provider engagement and updates which worked extremely well. It ensured everyone was continually on the same page and aware of progress. At the time, they were always available via phone when a discussion was more appropriate. I would highly recommend the team at Partners and would use them again without hesitation.

We used Partners in Renovation for a large remodeling project on our home in Katy, TX. They did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job in every aspect! Bill, Jim & Chris met with us to hear our plans for the remodel. Not only did they incorporate everything we wanted, but they added careful and calculated advice based on many years of experience. The workmanship and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process! They helped us bring to fruition the home we both imagined with such expertise! We will use Partners in Renovation again! We will ask for Ivan to be our project manager again! Ivan and the team partnered with us through a significant kitchen plus remodel with a ton of change orders - never pushed back, just listened, kept track of 1000 details, and figured out how to get it done. We’ve done a lot of renovations to our 40+ year old house. These guys are the best. Extremely professional contractors that do high quality work. Will definitely use them on our next project.

This is not the first time we have used Bill and his team at PIR. In fact, he stepped in and saved our bacon after we had to fire the original contractor during a previous remodel project, and I can honestly say PIR has only gotten better since then. Jim, Chris, Ivan, and all those involved were completely professional in every respect during our most recent project in which they removed an exterior wall and replaced it with glass panels and a sliding door, along with updating and replacing numerous older windows throughout our house, as well as several smaller projects; all of which was accomplished with far less fuss and dust than we ever would have thought possible. Bill is a truly amazing person whose only goal is 100% customer satisfaction - and he delivers. Hire him, you won't be sorry!

Five stars! This was my second time using Partners in Renovation. My remodeled kitchen is beautiful! Bill and Jim helped me through the process from initial estimate to completion, both were professional, detail oriented and responsive. I was also impressed with the superintendent, who gave me peace of mind when I wasn't present to oversee the project. Chris was also a great asset to the team and helped problem solve along the way! I've already told them I will be calling in a few years when I want to remodel my master bathroom!

In the spring of 2023 we had our kitchen extensively remodeled. My wife is extremely pleased with the work that was done. The workers were conscientious, responsive, and very effective in getting our concerns taken care of. The quality of the work was top notch, and we will certainly use them again.
